Stanzas are paragraphs in a poem.
Couplet: Is a 2 line stanza.
Tercet: Is a 3 line stanza.
Quatrain: Is a 4 line stanza.
Cinquain: Is a 5 line stanza.
Sestet: 6 line stanza.
Sonnet: The whole poem is exactly 14 lines long.
Rhythm is the pattern the poet chooses.

5 feet: Pentameter
