Begin designing each specific step of the project

Seek sign off on final project plan & share with stakeholders

Begin implementation and tracking

Update relevant partners and track results

Produce final report on results and learnings

Team members surface to relevant stakeholders

Team meets to discuss & finalize timing

Team members write skeleton timeline for the quarter

Team calendar of deadlines is created

Each team member identifies key dates in his or her projects

Weekly check-ins serve to assist in unblocking roadblocks, etc

Write the budget for the project & checklists
