Ensures the Ideas Centre is used strategically and campaigns are communicated across the university effectively.
Each campaign must...
- meet the business criteria for use
- use central communication channels (and include planned comms in the Forward Comms Plan)
- have a campaign owner and campaign administrator
- the campaign owner is the escalation point
- the campaign administrator is responsible for moderating comments, producing reports and liaising with Internal Communications and other campaign administrators as appropriate
- provide a "campaign statement" which sets out the purpose of the campaign and can be used on the campaign home page
- have an established end date (which is set before launch)
- be for university-wide audiences, the Ideas Centre is not a tool that can be restricted to specific communities. Additionally content is accessible to non-university communities, so is not for sensitive information
- provide formal responses to ideas raised shortly after the campaign end date

Have their own home page (url of category) on the Ideas Centre home page (which enables people interested in specific campaigns to view all ideas in that campaign)
