Changing the images on the Portal login page
The portal is the primary, but not the only use of this page, and images
CAS login page (used by multiple systems)
Externally facing
...but we've had this image since the portal launched in November 2016
The main focus of this page is to login
:check: So the login box, must remain static and in its current position
Additionally images used must primarily appeal to students
Other criteria
(current thinking)
Not every project or initiative will be suitable to be considered for the login page slot
Only clear and "clean" (not "busy") images will be considered
Images have to resonate with students or have a student focus
Images will portray subtle messaging which ties in with our strategic approach and/or university timetable, e.g. pictures of our improved facilities, not the NSS logo
Text can be a quote, or a description and can include a call to action
Main body of the image must not be obscured by the login box
