Sign up for Yammer if you haven't already, and take a look around
Join the private C&R group
Get involved and join the conversation (or even start one)
Invite C&R colleagues who haven't yet joined up
Update your yammer profile and add a picture that looks like you(!) and follow some people
Post an update to share what you're working on (big or small)
