Students learn better when they aren't so cramped in the classroom.
Teacher has more control over seating.
Students won't be as distracted by other people.
Special seating in the hall for students who are having trouble in the classroom.
Some students need to be seated alone to learn their best.
It gives the teacher better control of the student, and situation.
Bean Bag Chairs
Some students learn better when they are comfortable and have their own space.
Bean Bags are a desired reward for good work and/or behavor.
Student Teacher Awareness
Plastic or metal bins in the hall in which students and teaches can communicate issues or rely anything that needs to be addressed.
If students don't have enough time to talk to teachers, or get help from teachers they can communicate it secretly or without the worry of email because many students don't check it, or have it open often.
If teachers have issues they need to address their students about but don't have time, and is having trouble getting it through on email they can address it this way.
Have an assigned Wednesday every month when the teachers ask the students about their home life and/or how they can make things easier for them at school and home.
Students will be more willing to come to school and be with their teachers.
School can be made less stressful for the teacher and student because of possible modifications made.
Time Management
Help students create their own personal pacing calendars for the rest of the year.
It will help students know when they should have things done.
It will keep the teacher updated on what the student needs.
Get new clocks to replace the ones that don't work to make it so everyone can see the time. Chromebook or not.
Will keep teachers on time when they can't see their Chomebooks.
When students put Chomebooks away for next class, or get their chomebook taken away they will be on time.
Supplies
Keep scrach paper handy in case a student needs it.
Students tend to lose things so it is a good idea to keep scrach paper hand in case a student loses their notebook.
Teachers will always have paper to use.
Refill the supply closet.
Students will not be asking if they can borrow your things.
You will always have the suppies you need.
