why do they need to be different
Because you will have different relationships at work and at home, or away from work. And you will need to be able to wear a number of different hats that fit the environment that you are currently in.
example: Being a parent and a friend will require you to interact with you family members or friends in different ways from how you behave with your coworkers, clients, managers, etc.
Personal goals may expand further than the goals that are set in the professional setting, which could be limited and very specific. You may have other life goals that you wish to make sure that you develop into a well rounded individual. And they may not always align.
Both will give you different experiences in life. Those experiences will dictate how you react and how you respond, essentially the way that you choose to act in those particular situations. Having one personality may not be appropriate for all events.
what are the strengths you bring to you professional identity
I believe that I am a good listener, and this is a skill that I think will help me in the professional setting. I think apart of this skill is that I really try to make sure that the person that I am interacting with is being listened to and feels safe when talking to me.
I have a passion to help other.,
I feel like I do a decent job working with other people. and I am willing to accommodate to the different personalities that I may come across.

All of the ones that you listed in the first paragraph are all the ones that they share.
They will have a lot in common. They should both require the individual to set goals. Be responsible enough to work toward these goals in an organized and efficient manner. And in most areas in life you are going to have to engage, and interact with other individuals in your environment, and therefore in both areas it is important that each individual develop the skills necessary to facilitate a healthy relationship with these people.

What they both share
You will have values and morals that you personally adhere to. and that you will need to follow and be honest with. You will also have values and morals that you adhere to to make sure that you are treating ethically. Your clients are in a very vulnerable situation and you have to treat them as fairly and ethically as best as you can.
we all have responsiblities that we need to take care. Just like in work you will have duties and responsibilities that you will have to attend to and you need to make sure that you get all of these duties done, efficiently, and as accurately as possible.
I believe that passion is something that is important aspect to have. For me this has been a motivation for me to not only choose this particular profession, but also what inspires me to make other decisions in life.
I believe that flexibility is important to have because life is not going to go the way that you want it to, and therefore you need to be able to be able to accommodate to the changes, barriers, or any obstacles that you may come across.
You need to be able to work well with other people. You attract more bees with honey than vinegar. In order to engage in healthy interpersonal relationships of a healthy adult, you need to be able to communicate, accommodate, and overall work well with other people.
