Brain abscess
:check: indolent to fulminant, depending on size and location
:silhouette: nonspecific, delayed symptoms with focal signs, lethargy and neck stiffness, seizures
Subdural hemorrhage
:check: decreased level of consciousness, headache, gait and balance problems, motor deficit
:silhouette: dilated or nonreactive pupil ipsilateral to hematoma, hemparesis contralateral to hematoma
Cerebellar haemorrhage
:check: abrupt onset N/V, headache, truncal ataxia, dizziness
:silhouette: dysarthria, extensor plantar response, nuchal rigidity, nystagmus, gaze palsy, facial weakness, cardiac findings
