Analysing Feedback
-
-
-
e.g. If you got feedback from your boot camp participants, you will easily be able to identify what you need to improve on and implement that in the next lesson
Once an overview is collected you can identify areas where you need to work on and know what went well in the program
-
Evaluating the Program
To evaluate the performance accurately you will need to consider the following criterias: Effectiveness, Efficiency, Promotional method used, Presentation technique, Educational material, Equipment and resources
-
e.g. When creating a boot camp survey for your participants you should include questions like 'Did this make you feel like you were getting your daily fitness' 'Was this a good use of your time and money' 'Was the promotion for the program effective for fitness goers' 'Were the instructions clear' 'How well did this program educate you' 'Was the equipment appropriate'
Obtaining Feedback
Formal evaluation

e.g. If you were to conduct a boot camp for the community and a large number participants were to come, a written survey on how they enjoyed it and how you can improve it would be a formal evaluation
Informal evaluation
-
-
-
e.g. If you were to gather a group of school children and tell them to dry their feet on the mat before going on to the basketball court, observing if the children actually do wipe their feet would be using informal evaluation
