TYPES AND APPROACHES
Throughout the history of education we can find various types of educational approaches, each corresponds to each stage in particular in our history.
Behavioral Approach, Humanistic Approach, Cognitive Approach, Algorithmic Approach, Heuristic Approach.

The policy is that quality is associated with a more direct participation of users and social actors,
PEDAGOGICAL
On the other hand, the central organization of the State maintains and needs to take the political, pedagogical and financial initiative of education in terms of its national demands and achievements, and particularly when it comes to raising the quality of schools belonging to the poor Of the population.

Refers to the effects positively valued by the society regarding the process of formation carried out by the people in their culture.
Five dimensions of quality are generally considered:
• philosophy (relevance)
• pedagogy (effectiveness)
• culture (relevance)
• society (equity)
• economy (efficiency)

Non-Alterable Factors
Dimension: policies, standards, plans and programs. Distance between the general goals of education and the specific objectives of the programs
Dimension: student family: State or socio-economic level of origin of the student (measured by a type of occupation of the father, percentages of unemployment or other indicators).
