The more physically active someone is, the better it is to focus on tasks.

Give the fidget spinner device to the students in the special education department if they are willing to.

Record the reading rate per student and start to time the students this time with the fidget spinner.
When the students feel themselves getting bored, distracted, or not focused at all, tell them to spin the spinner.
