In 2001, The Special Education Needs and Disability Act gives responsibilities to schools to educate kids with disabilities in a mainstreaming, unless parents want differently.
School Admission Code (2010), ensures that parents have a choice on educational placement.
The Disability Discrimination Act (1995), at the wider community level, address discrimination in employment, with amendments in 2002 and 2005 require schools to treat students with Equality, and make reasonable ADJUSTMENTS to avoid disadvantaging those students.
