Language Supports: Work with the students to help them read the time on both analog and digital clocks, as well as write the time.

Syntax: Have worksheets with analog and digital clocks on them with the times in hours and half-hours to help them learn how to tell time on both.

Work with the teacher in pairs to read the time on the clock to see who understands the difference between an analog and digital clock.

Introduction
ask my students to count to 60 by 5's together as a class. start the lesson by learning what an analog and a digital clock is and by going over vocabulary.
Instructional Strategies
use a cardboard clock to help my students tell time. have worksheets to help reinforce telling time on different types of clocks.
Summary/Closure
do an activity where we look at clocks on the board and play a game where we see who can answer the time the fastest and most accurate.
