In For My People, the words that caused change was talking about the daily struggles that African American children had to go through.

“In Remembering Civil Rights History”, the action that led to change was Medgar Evers trying to desegregate the University of Mississippi.
Medgar Evers was a man who tried to desegregate the University of Mississippi, but sadly was shot by the KKK in his driveway. In the video, you can see many people at his home, which is now a museum.

Introduction
During the 1960s, there was a civil rights movement
to stop the prejudice, injustice, and racism towards
black people.
Because of this, stories were written during or about the era to inspire others, share experiences, etc.
We will be focusing on five stories today: “Remembering Civil Rights History”, “For My People”, “Incident”, “Lessons of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.”, and “Traveling”.

In conclusion, using words and/or actions, a group
of people were able to make a change in society
You can learn from that. Get up you lazy piece of
