How to build habits?
Set aside a specific time every day/practice at the same time
Morning is a great time because YOU'RE in control
No matter who busy your day gets, you've already got your core language time done.
E.g. 15 minutes of listening while eating breakfast. 1 hour of study before starting work, etc.
Build on habits you already have
Habits are NOTORIOUSLY hard break. It's almost impossible. Instead replace a bad habit with a good one

Create triggers you can use to help build a LL habit.
Don't forget to add a reward!
