Once an author locked a section for editing the same section will not be open for edit for other co-authors
If a particular section is completely maintained by a single author he will have the privilege to publish the section
An author himself can sign up to a base package (which will limit his space. Author Space will increase according to package subscription
The Complete project’s resource utilization will be based on Project owner package (i.e., if a sub section is edited by a co-author for a version upgrade the space usage will be deducted from Project owner account who created project)
