Select query design
Select the information you want to process then add
Select which field you want to find things with
Then type in the record you want for each one using = < > <= >= AND BETWEEN OR NOT.

Spreadsheet
Property wise- Spreadsheets are the same as a Database.
They have co-ordinates instead of fields.

Each co-ordinated area is known as a cell

Spreadsheets can also work as calculators.As if you put in a number in say F9 then put one in C4. If you press another cell you can select these other two cells and add them up it puts the answer into the selected box.
You can enter any mathematical symbol but because you don't have a divide or times on the keyboard you use these:
Divide=/
Times=* (Shift+8)
Filtering
Filtering data in a spreadsheet means to set conditions so that only certain data is displayed.
