Phrase used to describe the different kinds of choices organisations have to make in the whole process of bringing a product/service to the market.
Unique Selling Point (USP) factor that a business has that makes it different and/or better than others out there.
Service: act/performance that one party can offer to another, does not result in ownership of anything, intangible, inseparable, variable, perishable.
Product: can refer to either a physical/tangible product, or intangible service that consumers purchase
