Laptop is more efficient for large amount of details but some times cannot type out what we want such as diagrams and equations. While note books can give us what we exactly we want to write down but slower than the typing.

Primary: Assignments on the text book, Some journal articles that gonna discuss on class.

plan your entire week on sunday Catagorize in to two catagories:acdamic and non-acdamic

• Exam studying
• Group project work
Non-acdamic:gym and• Getting your resume reviewed
• Writing a cover letter for a job
• Setting up a meeting with your advisor
• Buying a new notebook from the bookstore
• Filling out your FAFSA
• High thought-intensity work
• Low thought-intensity work
Both of them should be planed in your to do list
High intensity: You will plan for a big chunk of time for high intensity works to get them done efficiently because you need to focus for a long period of time.
Using breaks to focus on the low intensity tasks.
Create a to do list for daily. You can not plan out everything even though you did the Sunday week planing.
Do not restrict your self on things of specific times. Give your self more choices.
Plan out the most important things first. What’s “important?” Think about your tasks in terms of:

to achieving your goals

your life from spiraling into utter chaos, destruction,

require the most willpower
to complete
Time box:List things to do in a big chunk of time such as 8-11pm. 12-4pm. 6-10 pm.
Fudge Ratio：Things some times take longer than your expected. So give more on your task when your planning. Expect time multiply by 1.67 is the amount of time you should give on each task.

Set up a studying environment :
Do not work with your bro or your girl, work with some one that can help you to focus such as some class mate or just work on your own.
