Diagnosis: at least 4/11
Immuology: anti-DNA or anti-Sm +ve OR +ve aPL abs
ANA: +ve, high titres
Malar rash: fixed, raised or flat, sparing nasolabial folds
Photosensitivity
Oral ulcers
Renal disorder: otherwise unexplained (proteinuria >0.5g/day or casts)
Nonerosive arthritis (>2 jts), Neurological disorder (siezure or psychosis otherwise unexplained)
Haematological disorder: leukopenia (<4000/μL), lymphopenia (<1500/μL) or thrombocytopenia (<100,000/μL) on >1 occasion OR haemolytic anaemia
Serositis: pleural, pericardial, peritoneal
Discoid rash: ertyhematous plaques OR plaques on head/neck with scaling, follicular keratosis, atrophic scarring & depigmentation
