Be in control of the budget. At the moment, the budget is managed by the head office. If communication is poor, it could hinder the financial ability to progress as an organisation.
The budget is also influenced by external factors such as the community. Goals Soccer Centre also get their funds from the community events such as fundraisers, community day outs or charity events. Emphasising the factor of communication, change in communication needs to occur between the manager and the community.
Training Staff

Making training fun for the staff members. Not just reading books and leaflets, but making training a bit more practical. Real life scenarios may help in this situation.
Organise Events

Communication must be clear from the get go. Every staff member must be on board with the event details. That way, everything is precise.
Furthering on from this, the way staff members communicate must be clear and concise. Failure to communicate well enough can prove to be costly for the business, as customers may not come back.
The way events are organised can be changed as well. Rather than having a booking system on the reception computer, there could possibly be an investment for a touch screen reception, which allows self-service for the customer.
Environmental Checks
Litter picking, generic tidying up of the facility

Making each product clearly labelled before hand regarding what recyclable bin they go into. Air pollution may be considered via the amount of cars allowed onto the facility.
