Solid
two types of solid
-
Amorphous
An amorphous solid is a solid in which the atoms do not have an ordered atomic structure. Solids which are not amorphous are called crystalline solids
solid: particles that are really close to each other and slow, matter with a definite volume & shape.
-
Liquid
liquid: particles sliding on each other the distance is moderate and the speed is also moderate, matter with a definite volume but not a definite shape
-
-
Gas
gas: particles that are far apart, it also moves very quickly , matter with no definite volume nor shape.
-
Plasma
plasma: plasma does not naturally exist on the Earth under normal surface conditions, and can only be artificially generated from neutral gases
