Repetition is essential and it's often overlooked by language learners. The most successful learners always emphasise repetition. Your coffee break isn't long enough to start learning a whole bunch of new materials but it's a great opportunity to repeat dialogues again and again. For example, try working on a lesson/dialogue in the morning during your commute to work and then repeating the audio throughout the day whenever possible during your coffee breaks, toilet breaks, at lunchtime, etc.
