C1: Called to Passion
Jesus asked people, what they want when they came to him to pray. God is asking you what are your passions

Call 'I hear people say that if they make a wrong choice that they have missed their call. But often it is not the presenting decsion, but the purposeful direction that matters

Only when we have the comfort of our relationship with God can we confidently confront the callings that God has placed on our lives
C5: Called to Choose.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus,giving thanks to God the father through him.

Leaving one place without having any clear calling toward another is a difficult path to take, and unless you have been put in a situation where there is fraud, corruption or expliotation

WIsdom is learning to discern Gods way in a clutttered world of opinions, personal thoughts, mantras, and make believe.Listening to God as we make out choice is a key. We need times of withdrawal from frenzy of life to quiet our spirits.
Choosing Well

But God can use,and multiply, what little we have if we are willing to let him
Comparing is futile, competing is frustrating, but receiving customised gifts and using them brings fulfilment
with God, its a question of what will I do with what I have rather than what I might be able to do if I were different
Dont let the people around you constrain your calling by their views of you. Calling and gifting run together
C4: Called to Wait
Sometimes small seeds grow into large trees, and sometimes they fail to thrive. More often than not, small business fail. In the Kingdom of God,small acts always have significant effects
God is interested in ourlives right now, however bare or impressive or simple that they may seem to us. Hes interested in who we are and what we have, not what we do not have
Called will multiply the little we have, if we let him, and if we are prepared to operate as a sacrificing and others centred community
How tempting can it be to try to cut corners as Jacob and Abraham did, to rarionalise that comprimising our integrity is the only was to secure our God given dream

C2: Called to Engage
Strengthen the core
Eph 3:16: I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strenghen you with power through his spirit in your inner being
God called us to use our God-given skills and talents in unique ways to further his kingdom. Just as he called Moses, Gideon and Joseph, into work.
John 3:16: For God did not send his son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him

If we are filled with God's love, compassion, gentleness, and truth, then we have the power to transform the atmosphere around us.
Our lives are called to touched by the overwhelming spirit, even in times of acute difficulty. . Its amazing how how thoughtfully building up coworkers will transform our places of work.
We often become so blinded by desperation that we cannot see what we already hold in our hands that might be used to further our callings
