Tried to make the boys friends by arranging activities together

Jigsaw method: mixed race groups, everyone becomes an expert on one task which contributes to the full task

Children and grandparents relationships: children were questioned about their views of the elderly

Told white 9 year olds about discrimination by using eye colour; she tod them blue eyes were superior to brown eyes. Friendships were ruined and fights broke out. When this was reversed the exact same happened

Didn't work so created a situations where they've all needed to cooperate by pulling out a truck stuck in mud

The task was successful because cooperation from all was needed to complete the task
