how will it be made
when using materials like acrylic they can be bent into shape using heating. It can also be shaped using saws, files and sandpaper/ glass paper/ wet and dry.
when using wood (or wood substitutes e.g. mdf) it can be shaped using steam or lamination. it can also be shaped with saws files and assorted sandpaper.
