Why is ITS Forecast NOT ACCURATE?
Limited time/bandwidth to complete the forecast each month x 4 business units
Time and resources are occupied preventing/fixing data quality issues
EPM Data inputs are not accurate/complete
Resource Recovery for ECC/PCC requires manual research and analysis
ECC/PCC mgt is not held accountable for utilization rate of their associates/contractors
Difficult to track resource recovery for PMs/ECC when they are spread across multiple projects.
EPM doesn't track resources by individual namesfor TS resources, so it is difficult to get accurate analysis without doing manual research
Portfolio Directors sometimes are not verifying the forecast data with PMs and the BUs before Finance uses the data
