Adopting a Creator Mindset
It's like driving a car:
you are responsible of driving
make sure you are driving safely
not driving under the influence
in control of arriving to desired destination
2 Types of Mindsets
Creator Mindset: find solutions to problems, motivated to succeed, positive thoughts
Victim Mindset: gives up easily, doesn't find solutions to problems, becomes miserable, negative thoughts
Personal responsibility
soft skill to have to be successful
be responsible of future
get important tasks done
Locus of control:
people believe who or what controls their destiny
Internal Locus: person believes that he or she is in control of their destiny
(works hard to succeed)
External Locus: person believes that a higher power is in control of their destiny
(God, luck)
Creator Language
Inner Critic:
voice that judges you negatively
Inner Defender:
voice that judges others negatively
Inner Guide:
positive inner voice; finds a way to make a situation better
