Talk to the people that you are representing to make sure they are OK

They exist to fight for a common purpose
They pay their members and help them get what they want
To give their members their rights
Make sure all their members are include in the desicions
How Do Associations Make Decisions
The Board of Directors is involved the most
They have to hold a vote for the members and majority rules
Talk to their members to make sure that they agree with the decision(s)
They take all opinions into mind
Communications With the Representative
You have to know how your representatives are feeling
If they are not doing their job, talk to them
If you want change, ask for it
If you think something is wrong, tell the representative about it
