Section 6
Places a specific duty on public authorities which states that, "It is unlawful for a public authority to act in a way which is incompatible with a Convention right".
Includes: Obvious public bodies such as Government departments, Trusts, schools etc), Courts and Tribunals and "Any other person certain of whose functions are of a public nature".
