Conclusion
This process of recruitment interviews, inductions and exit interviews allows an organisation to be dynamic and continually looking to create the best working environment for all staff. It is an ongoing process that will hopefully lead to employing the most suitable staff and generating a successful organisation, where everyone can achieve their individual aims, but collectively leads to an organisation achieving its aims.
