Also called a stress fracture, a hairline fracture is a tiny crack in a bone that usually comes from overuse.
Osteoporosis
Symptoms are: bones gradually become weaker and can break from falls or in more severe cases from sneezing and minor bumps.
Prevention: eat a balanced diet with calcium and Vitamin D. Engage in regular exercise. Eat healthy food such as fruits and vegetables. Limit smoking and alchohol.
Osteoporosis is when the body loses too much bone, or doesn't make enough, or both.
