Bone Disease-
condition that damages the skeleton makes bones weak and prone to fractures
Osteoporosi
-is a bone disease that occurs when the body loses too much bone, makes too little bone, or both. As a result, bones become weak and may break from a fall or, in serious cases, from sneezing or minor bumps.

Scoliosis

A back brace can be used to align the back and keep it straight
Prevention

Bone injuries usually happen during sports. The thing is, the harder you play the harder you fall. And when you fall if you land the wrong way it could cause for you to have a bone injury. So to prevent bone injuries just be more careful while having fun at the same time.
