        Explaining how you receive a good/bad grade on your exam. Whether you did a bunch of Orion questions or you didn't study at all.
        
        Having a lot of friends being attributed to you being kind and humorous

      - Ex: A mother sea otter wrapping her baby up in kelp to keep it from floating away when she hunts.
  - - - Ex.Sally cam in from a jog and got hungry, therefore she went to the fridge to get some leftover pizza.
      - Ex. Betty spent most of her night studying for her next exam. Eventually she got sleepy so in order to reduce this she must go to sleep to satisfy her need.

        Ex. Exercising on a hot summer day may cause you to sweat. In this way your body cools itself off to maintain homeostasis
  - - - Example/definition of optimal arousal :behavior increases as we move from deep sleep to alertness. we are drawn to high excitement or arousal. Ex: excitement behaviors like bungie jumping . while some have less excitement.
        
        Ex: When we study for an exam which will increase our performance on the exam
        
        Ex: you hear a car coming when crossing the street, you know to move out of the way
