CONCERN CLAIM: I claim that gmo foods should be labeled because people with allergies may not know what they are eating in there gmo's and people who don't want to be eating genetically altered foods should have a choice to eat them or not.
CITATION: "“BT toxin, designed to kill pests that eat crops, caused allergies and other responses” (Genetically Modified Foods).
COUNTERCLAIM: Yes, they may cause allergic reactions, but is that better than having no food at all due to insect infestation?
COUNTER argunment: although insect infestation is a problem it wont make it so we have no food at all the insects may affect some plants but not all also is plant life more importaint to you than person life because some allergies can kill the people alergic to them
I claim that gmo's are good because the more people we have in this world the more food we are going to need. the ted talk video states, "9 billion people in the world by 2050" that many people are going to require a lot of food and the gmo's can provide that they can make foods grow faster and stronger with different and helpful benfits
