Dictatorship- form of government in which one person or a small group possesses absolute power without effective constitutional limitations.
Examples include Hitler and the Nazi Party in Germany, Stalin and the Communist Party in Russia and Benito Mussolini and the National Fascist Party in Italy.

There were four types of dictatorship identified between two world wars. They were fascist, communist, counterrevolutionary and constitutional.

Simon Bolivar was a dictator and he liberating Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru and Bolivia from Spanish rule in a string of stunning battles.
