Learning:
In stage one it is impossible to know what the team members truely need, and what we will triger in each other.
I won't be afraid of pushing people. They might not enjoy it at the moment, but it will help the group get to stage 2. Then when you see the true needs, we can work for real solutions

We received the brief and their suggestion for a script. But we saw that this script did not solve their goal of simplifying how to explain the structure of a governance meeting
We red through all of the protocols on their message, and boiled down the essence of what they where trying to say.

Three levels of how to learn:
- Being able to follow a tutorial, walking you through step by step what to do and how to do it
- Being able to replicate a piece and figure out what to search for in order to being able to make it
- Being able to manifest a vision in your mind, based on input from several different sources of inspirations.
