Management
- Salbutamol & Budesonide / fromoterol.
- Smoking cessation and avoid all exposure to cigarette smoke and lung irritants.
- Pulmonary rehabilitation to optimize the patient's quality of life.
- Bronchodilators, steroid medication (inhaled or oral), effective body positioning.
- Treating other conditions as gastric reflux and allergies.
- Supplemental oxygen therapy.
