Identify one statewide large animal science species project development committee (PDC) and mobilize volunteers to redesign it to reflect the Center's org outcomes of learning and leading for young people and preparing adults to build high-quality learning environments that are culturally responsive
Increase access to animal science projects by identifying the expectations and processes that make engagement in animal science programs difficult in MN and develop strategies and resources that would improve the experience for all MN 4-H families and volunteers and specifically individuals who are FG 4-H and volunteers
