Indicate your preferred survey month, which can be up to 12 months from the time you apply. Submit your application when complete and pay the $1700 accreditation fee deposit

On your scheduled date, you’ll meet your trained and certified Joint Commission Surveyor(s) and undergo the comprehensive on-site review. A preliminary accreditation report will be made available to you at the end of the survey so you’ll know where you stand.
