Blue box
how does it work?
It is supposed to barrage your eyes with light so that you wake up and become alert. However, if you use it before you go to sleep it will make it harder to go to sleep and can lead to a higher risk of a few problematic things, the worst being cancer.
what is it made from?
aluminum foil pans, aluminum foil, duct tape, a bike helmet, bubble wrap, and some LED lights.
the body
there are cells that need to be "activated" called melanopsin retinal ganglion cells that are particularly sensitive to blue. If you see lots of blue, they will set your circadian rhythms and wake you up.

food experiment
in this experiment there are four bowls, one red, one green, one yellow, and one blue. They are all filled with completely tasteless food.
The subjects are blinded so they can't see the color of the food, (just a blindfold) and they take a taste of each bowls contents, and they all taste the same.
The subjects are unblinded, then they taste each one's contents again.
The red one tastes sweet to the subjects, the green one tastes tart, the yellow one tastes sour, and the blue one tastes rotten.
They taste that way because the human brain has learned to associate red with sweet, green with tart, yellow with sour, and blue with rotten.

always last.
because humans typically avoid blue, they tend to mention blue last or later if they are mentioning a series of color.
