Problems have multiple solutions with no pre-determined path. You may have incomplete information necessary to solve problems.
The main problem may open up other problems that may need to be resolved before attacking the main problem. There may several inquiries within an inquiry.
These problems may require more time. How can busy schedules accommodate attacking ill-structured problems?

Well-structured Problems
Problems have one solution with a predetermined path to get there. Problems have the necessary information needed.
We interpret, understand and approach problems based on mental representation of the problem, context/domain within which the problem exists and our individual differences like our self-confidence, motivation, knowledge, experiences and cognitive skills
Educators come together to explore the identified problems with the goal of improving professional practice
Successful Collaboration is "clumsy": Individualism, Solidarity and Hierarchical Control
