To become a endocrinologist is very demanding. The process of becoming an endocrinologist is up to 14 years of higher education.
With all of this comes with a large amount of debt that may be accumulated because of the fact that so many years of schooling is going to require a lot of tuition which most likely will have to come from loans.

The solution to the problem is that instead of accumulating debt, I would join the navy and apply for the Medical school scholarship which gives leads you to be 10% debt free when go to medical school, and you get a $3,000 stipend as you go through medical school.
In exchange you serve for 3 years with a very high way. This way there will be no debt to worry about and then still have the ability to pursue this career

This job may be very difficult. The challenges that come with working with older people may be very hard.
It is diffcult work but the work does not have the adequate pay for the amount of work that you have to do in this profession.
The challenges that you face are, that as the elderly get older, they become a lot more frustrating and a lot more demanding. They need time and they need attention.Those who suffer from very hard diseases may need more attention.
With that comes people who are very angry with their life situation and they are suffering from diseases. That is what a geriatrician has to deal with on a daily basis.

This may cause an increase in pay because of the demand. With that as a doctor, the hours you work won’t have to be extremely big because the pay is higher per our.
A geriatrician also gets to work people who are simple and they spend most of their time just talking to the elderly which is not as stressful as a surgeon or a pediatric nurse or any other medical profession.

This would make sure that I will not have to deal with as many cracky employees as I would if I had to work in a facility or hospital. With that comes less stress and frustration, and more peace and happiness.
