How a bill becomes a
law
First the Bill is introduced in the House of Representatives
They see if it's a good law so then they send it to the House of Representatives committee.
Secondly the Bill is sent to a House of Representatives committee
Congress men debate and argue if the bill should be a law.
Third the House of Representatives committee votes
They vote and see if they want it to be a law then it goes to House of Representatives floor.
Fourth the Bill is debated on the House of Representatives floor
Then they see if it should be a law so then they send it tithe House of Representatives.
Fifth the House of Representatives votes on the bill
They vote to see it should be a law.
Sixth the bill is introduced in the Senate
Everything happens all over again they see if it should be a law.
Seventh the bill is Sent to Senate Committee
Then they see if it should be law.
Eighth the Senate Committee Votes
They vote and see if the bill should be a law.
Ninth the bill is debated on Senate floor (possible Filibuster)
They vote on it to see if it's a good law to send to the senate.
Tenth the Senate votes
The senate votes on the bill but the president can veto it.
Finally the bill is sent to the president
The president can accept the bill and make it a law or veto it and it goes all the way back to the House of Representatives .
