Step 1
Bill is introduced to the house of representatives
This is where the bill goes after it is created and the person who wrote the bill tries to get other people on board with the idea.
Step 2
Bill is sent to the House of Representatives committee
The members review, study, and make changes to it.
Step 3
The house of representatives commite votes
The House of Representatives committee votes on whether to send the bill to the house floor.
Step 4
The bill is debated on the House of Representatives floor.
The representatives say whether and why they do or don't agree with it or not. A clerk then reads the votes aloud and the representatives suggest changes.
Step 5
House of Representatives votes on the bill
The representatives vote using a voice vote, a division vote, or a recorded vote.
Step 6
Bill is introduced to the senate
Will the bill arrives at the senate it is immediately sent to the senates committee.
Step 7
The bill is sent to the senate committe.
The committee members discuss the bill.
Step 8
The senate committee votes
The committee votes on whether to send it to the senate floor.

Bill debated on the senate floor
The bill is dicusse on the senate floor.
Step 10
He senate votes on the bill
The senators vote on the bill by voice saying yea if they agree with the bill and say nay if they don't. Majority rule wins.

The bill is sent to the president
When the bill gets to the president he can sign and pass the bill making it a law, he can veto the bill, or do nothing which is known as a pocket veto.
