Adolf Hitler implemented these laws for Jewish woman. He implemented these laws because he believed that women should cook, clean, take care of there husbands.
Mullah Mohammed Omar was the one who implemented these polices for Taliban. Why he wanted the secure where the chastity and dignity of women may once be sacrosanct.
