Wrong patient Ticket Token
Not recognized by BE
Ticket token not encoded
encodign method was deleted
the whole method was obsolete and was deleted with no change indicated
application was working because ticektoken was kept in cache
delete cache prior to commit
review didn't catch the change
just one reviewer checked it
review done in hurry
too many items for patch on last moment
too many reviews for other components
patch was more a new release than patch
lot's of new functionalities
PO wanted this due to high priority
tech lead agreed even if didn't like this before
team has accepted
nobody pointed out that this might be difficult to achive
last time updates for certification
