Mrs. Loisel's life is negatively affected by her obsession with vanity. Her desires, behaviors and the comparison with her husband are completely showing what is this character. Overall, over pursued on vanity may lead to our own losses; therefore, people should accept who they are and to be honest to themselves and people, otherwise, it will induce people to incessant unhappiness.
