QAnd because they experience the eternal cycle of birth and death in the realm of Buddhahood,7 in the light of the Mystic Law they continue to accumulate treasures of the heart and expand their life state day after day, even as they remain in a condition caused by illness or aging, which are innate parts of life.8 With confidence in this truth, we should continue to chant Nam-myoho-renge-kyo for them.
