Advantages of the Patriots
Knowing the land: Since the Patriots settled on the land first they learned about the land and where everything was located and learned about the land. So, in other words they knew the land better that the Loyalists because they live on that land and knew more about the land.
They would be the ones who would fight harder. Because they we actually fighting for something. Unlike the Loyalists who had a home back in England and weren't worried about loosing their homes or anything.
They were fighting for religious reasons and would fight harder because it would effect their lives on weather or not they would win.
The Treaty of Paris
America promised to pay back all of the tax debt that they owed the king.
America promised not to punish any Loyalists in the colonies.
They are now their own nation with the freedom to decide their own government.
All of the British troops were to be removed from ALL of the colonies.
